In my corporate,
consulting, and coaching roles I witnessed how executives and managers got
stuck where they were, being unsatisfied with the current standing and looking
for guidance to move forward. They believed that they could do better and that
they deserved more. They wanted to reach their true career and leadership potential
and maximize their professional growth, impact, and happiness.
With coaching it all happened quicker and easier than they thought.

Having spent over 16 years
in corporate world, seven years at the executive level, I transitioned to a leadership
coaching and consultant role in 2012. In doing so, I loved that interaction with
people. The more I practiced coaching, the more I saw how impactful it was. In
many cases resolutions of minor issues with clients resulted in significant
positive shifts for them in areas that they valued most: career, life balance,
personal behavior, and happiness. I wish I had a coach myself when I was in my
executive roles!
The feeling of being a
recognized part of people’s success – is what moved me to coaching. I love co-creating
“AHA-moments” with my clients, and I love seeing the positive difference
that coaching brings to their lives. With an intent to deliver uppermost value
to my clients, I utilize servant leadership and combine proven coaching
methodologies with vast executive, business and consulting expertise.
As a life-long
learner, I constantly work on gaining new skills and improving my
qualifications. Among my top accomplishments are an Executive MBA degree from
highly ranked University of Toronto and Certified Professional Coach
designation from the Institute of Professional Excellence in Coaching.
